I’ve been a fan of TNW tech blog since a long time and this was the first website I always go to for any news breaking in any part of the world. I am also a fan of Boris as he is one of the coolest CEO I’ve ever came across. His humor and presence of mind is remarkable. Long time back I wrote an email to Boris regarding some entrepreneurial advice and I was happy to get a very encouraging reply from him. I always look to his posts on twitter and how he keeps his humor levels up.

Couple weeks back I heard that TNW sold a controlling stake to financial times and there were lots of congratulating posts and I too congratulated them with a post that I’m happy that I had a conversation with Boris once. I’m one of those Internet enthusiasts that get excited when something magical happens on the Internet and I get replied from the biggies whom I’ve seen making the Internet space more open and positive.

Few hours back TNW Events posted that Boris and Patrick had taken over the #TNW2019 Call Center and Boris retweeted as one of the coolest persons on earth. I was amazed and was thinking for sometime what to do and should I call and what to say as I was not attending the event, still that enthusiasm was inside me to go ahead and call them to give best wishes.

I called up and Patrick picked up the call, just like any FAN moment I was anxious and I don’t know if he felt anxiousness in my voice. I said I’m from India and want to wish you and Boris a very happy TNW 2019 event and he asked me what do I do and I told him. I gave my best wishes to both of them and then at the last once more inspiring thing that Patrick told me which I will never forget “Kick Ass Rohit”. I felt very much encouraged to do somethings in life which I was really in dilemma to do or not. A very happy FAN moment of a 1min 44secs phone call that compelled me to write after years of dormancy on my blog. 

Patrick and Boris, I wish you all a very positive life and a great TNW Event. Keep doing the rocking things you always do 🙂
